❖ The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends and New Year

❖ Entry fee to any park/Museum/ Amusement park/ National Park /theatre/Club/ Temple/Height altitude passes and charges for any activities/Games is not included•
❖ Clearance of full package payment is mandatory 15 days before departure of tour, if full package payments not done in the given time frame your booking will stands cancelled & Adventure Cave(A unit of Adaptsy Technologies Pvt Ltd) is not liable to refund the advance booking amount paid by you to confirm the package.
❖ All Meals per day mentioned in the package would be provided in specified hotel only where you are going to stay during the tour (EP= Room Only, CP= Bed and Breakfast Only, MAP= Bed with Breakfast and Dinner Only, AP= Bed with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Only).

❖ Adventure Cave(A unit of Adaptsy Technologies Pvt Ltd) ) is not responsible for any Disease (Covid19) spread during, before and after the trip.
❖ If above mentioned destination travel closed by government due to any of the issue the amount will be refunded in form of credit note only. Validity of that credit note is 1 year form the date of travel not more than that. Rest for other reason Cancellation you need to follow below mentioned Cancellation policy.
❖ Traveler has to ensure Him/ Herself that not having any symptoms related to Covid19 Adventure Cave(A unit of Adaptsy Technologies Pvt Ltd) ) is not responsible for Covid 19 spread during, before, after the trip.
❖ If during the Trip any area where the client/ Customer is staying of visiting get closed due to any of the reason by Government Adventure Cave(A unit of Adaptsy Technologies Pvt Ltd) ) is not responsible and there is no refund in that.
❖ If any place mentioned in above travel plan is closed by Govt. there is no refund in that case
❖ Any cost related to Evacuation from the place where client or customer got stroked due to place/ area/village/ tehsil/district/state/country close by Govt or any of reason that cost need to be paid by client directly Adventure Cave(A unit of Adaptsy Technologies Pvt Ltd) ) is not responsible.
❖ Emergency evacuation cost is not included.
❖if client/Customer is visiting to the particular place/ area/village/ Tehsil/District/State/ Country which are as per Govt regulation declared as containment zone or Lockdown area/curfew area and Govt want to put the client and customer in Quarantine in this case the travel plan mentioned above will be the same there is no refund from Adventure Cave(A unit of Adaptsy Technologies Pvt Ltd) ) and we are not responsible for the same
❖If Any flight booked by client through Adventure Cave(A unit of Adaptsy Technologies Pvt Ltd) ) Refund and cancellation will totally depend on the concern portal/ Airline Refund and Cancellation Policies
❖ Anything not mentioned under Inclusions, Terms and conditions in your itinerary is exclusion you cannot claim that.
